Transit Calendar
Build a personal calendar of the exact dates upcoming transits reach your natal chart — pin the ones that matter and export them to your own calendar.
A transit happens when a moving planet forms an aspect to a placement in your birth chart. These are the timing signals astrologers watch most closely: Saturn crossing your Moon, Jupiter trining your Sun, Mars squaring your Ascendant. Knowing the exact date an aspect becomes precise turns a vague sense of a heavy or open season into something you can actually mark on a calendar.
GemZen generates that calendar from your birth data. Choose a window of days, decide whether to include the faster inner planets, and the tool lists each upcoming transit with its exact date, the signs and degrees involved, and whether it is a significant hit. It also surfaces retrograde and direct stations and wider mundane aspects, so both the personal and the collective weather show up in one place.
You can pin the transits you want to keep and export the whole calendar to iCal, so exact dates land alongside the rest of your life in whatever app you already use. Everything here is offered for reflection and planning — a way to prepare for a demanding period or make the most of a supportive one — rather than a prediction of what those days will hold.

Common questions
What does the calendar actually list?
Each upcoming transit with its exact date, the transiting and natal planets, the sign and degree involved, plus retrograde stations and wider mundane aspects for the same window.
Can I export the dates to my own calendar?
Yes. You can pin individual transits and export the calendar as an iCal file, so the exact dates appear in the calendar app you already use.
Is the transit calendar free?
You can generate a transit calendar with a free GemZen account. Longer windows, unlimited pinning and export are part of the paid plans.
Do transits predict what will happen?
No. A transit marks timing and theme, not a fixed event. The calendar is for reflection and planning — offered for insight and entertainment, not medical, legal or financial advice.
