No astrology library to integrate, no card database to license, no ephemeris math to get wrong.

What is MCP, and why it matters

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is the open standard AI assistants use to reach outside tools — the same protocol behind connectors in Claude and ChatGPT, and natively supported by the platforms most voice and avatar apps are built on today: Vapi, ElevenLabs Agents, LiveKit, Pipecat, the OpenAI Realtime API, Inworld and more.

GemZen now serves MCP directly. Point any of those platforms at our endpoint, and every GemZen tool appears in your agent's hands automatically — described, typed, and ready to call. If your stack does not speak MCP, the same tools are mirrored as plain REST endpoints with published schemas.

Seventeen tools, three flavors

Reference content. The full meaning of any of the 78 tarot cards, 24 Elder Futhark runes, 64 I Ching hexagrams, 36 Lenormand cards, crystals, chakras and moon phases — the same curated interpretations GemZen members read every day.

Real computation. A complete natal chart — planets, houses, aspects, Ascendant — computed by a real ephemeris in about five milliseconds. Synastry with a compatibility score. The sky right now, including retrogrades and the moon's true phase and sign. Numerology profiles. Biorhythms.

Daily experience. A card of the day that is deterministic per user — ask twice, get the same card; ask tomorrow, get a new one. A composed daily guidance snapshot that blends the real moon phase, the day's numerology and the daily card, with zero latency cost.

And for partners on paid plans, one more: full AI-written oracle readings, where your user asks a question, we draw the spread and interpret it, and your agent speaks the answer.
